Primary role objective:
A new role at CBRE, the Vice President of Brand and Content Marketing is responsible for advancing the companyâs strategy to develop world-class brand positioning and content via highly scalable programs that deliver the right content to the right people at the right timeâutilizing all of paid, earned and owned assets to drive brand awareness and inbound marketing.
Partner with CMO to develop and own a global Brand Strategy that can be activated locally across a diverse, distributed team
Agency/vendor management and deployment
Brand architecture including internal naming guidelines
Positioning for multiple outputs, including: corporate/line of business, tools/tech, brand differentiators
Employer brand, including engagement strategies, retention programs and talent acquisition
Develop Content Programs and Campaigns leveraging:
Audience and content segmentation
Expert speaker strategy
Channel activation plans
Drive a multi-channel content Activation strategy leveraging various content types:
Paid media including advertising, sponsorships and search and social, as well as emerging media platforms
Serve as expert on SEO/SEM strategy
Build signature experiences, through events and content, to drive brand awareness and engagement
Guide Storytelling copywriting and content direction efforts across the platform to tell a cohesive, compelling CBRE story
Be an Active global, regional and local Partner:
Partner with global and regional marketing network and be recognized as a value-add player
Partner with line of business and geographic Marketing Directors to develop content marketing strategy and deliverables
Be recognized as the SPOC/SME for all things content marketing around the globe
12+ years of progressive marketing responsibilities
Including global and cross business line scope for multi-billion-dollar businesses that focus on building direct relationships with B2B customers and other important constituents.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a centrally-led strategy with regional and local implementation in a highly decentralized business environment.
Ability to manage a diverse team, via direct management and influence, across multiple cultures and marketing disciplines.
Ability to comprehend clientsâ goals and objectives resulting in successful program implementation.
Bachelorâs degree or comparable academic training in general business, marketing, or closely related discipline is required.
Hand-on leader able to communicate clearly, work practically, and do hard things well with speed and urgency. Operate effectively in a lean organization, with a bias for action.
